This would entail the Aaronsohn spy ring supplying information to Allenby’s Egyptian Expeditionary Force, Dr. Chaim Weizmann developing a method to create acetone by fermenting chestnuts, and British determination that poor Jews fleeing persecution in Russia should not settle on their shores.
